The Act as followed is to protect the rights of the moderators from those who are belligerent to the advice of the staff of this board. Also it further protects the rights of the members as a whole and as individuals. However these right are only functional as long as the following clauses are kept and an agreement and compliance to all these clauses.
1. Grandfather clause is in effect. This means any characters made before a rule change will not be effected unless it causes serious problems.
2. You acquire your first defense point when you have a endurance attribute of 6.
3. OBEY THE MODERATORS OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES.
4. Do not try and trick me. This system is in most part completely my brain child, therefore I have the final say in any major decision.
5. Moderators will never ban or otherwise prohibit a member to public forums upon the first offense.
6. Members have no right to assume. If this is found, which it will, the offender will be punished up to them being banned.
7. Senior members is an awarded level which should be recognized as moderator status with the exception of only having a half stamp.
8. Junior members are members that have exceeded the minimum amount of time and are or should be well aware of events on the board. This class is not awarded by moderators it is earned by the member.
